Epic Design Labs, an ecommerce digital agency started in 2010, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to oversee our clients' marketing strategies and drive the growth of their ecommerce stores. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies, utilizing various digital marketing channels such as PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing services using Klaviyo, reviews programs, loyalty programs, and retargeting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets for clients' ecommerce stores.
  • Oversee and optimize PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Implement and manage customer reviews programs to drive positive feedback, enhance brand reputation, and increase conversions.
  • Create and manage loyalty programs to cultivate customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and drive customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for success to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate reports to provide insights, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Train and mentor marketing staff to ensure their expertise in utilizing PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing, reviews programs, loyalty programs, and retargeting effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, ecommerce, and technology to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Create innovative marketing ideas, develop marketing plans, and design effective marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong expertise in PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing, reviews programs, loyalty programs, and retargeting.
  • Experience with Klaviyo.
  • Proficient in analyzing marketing data and generating reports using analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, platforms, and best practices.
