Epic Design Labs is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in ecommerce marketing. We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to oversee and improve our existing strategies while expanding into new marketing channels.
This role requires proven experience in ecommerce marketing — understanding the nuances of driving traffic, improving conversions, and increasing revenue for ecommerce businesses is mandatory. If you know how to make ecommerce brands thrive, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance ecommerce-focused PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies for TikTok marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing that specifically target ecommerce growth
- Establish clear systems and processes for each marketing channel to improve efficiency, scalability, and accountability
- Build robust reporting structures to track key ecommerce KPIs like ROAS, conversion rates, AOV, and customer acquisition costs
- Monitor timelines and performance for all campaigns to ensure timely execution and strong results
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring clarity, trust, and strong relationships
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure campaigns meet ecommerce goals
- Continuously research and implement ecommerce-specific tactics to stay ahead of industry trends
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Proven track record in ecommerce marketing across PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing
- Experience in developing ecommerce-specific TikTok, affiliate, and influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and BigCommerce
- Ability to design clear processes and reporting frameworks for marketing performance
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus
